Fences Reflection
In ACT ONE Scene 4, Cory is being disrespectful to his mother, Rose by not wanting to clean. Rose should not let Cory do anything he wants. If she do, then danger might happen. Troy describes vivid details about his past life. When Troy was 14, he had an interest in Joe Canewell's daughter and Troy's father wanted the daughter all for himself. This is when Troy lost all fear in his dad and became a man. So, Troy walked down to Mobile and started stealing to live for him and Lyon's mother. Stealing led to robbing and robbing led to prison for 15 years. Cory is angry Troy did not sign the papers and Troy tells him he has one strike. Comparing almost everything to baseball.
