The Loved One Book Review The Loved One by Evelyn Waugh is a humorous novel about film production, British community, and two funeral businesses. The names of the major charrcters include Dennis (Word of Whispeting Glades) Aimee (cosmetician of Whispering Glades), and Mr. Joyboy (head mortician of Whispering Glades) What I disliked about the book was the difficult vocabulary, but I cannot expect every book to have simple vocabulary. What I liked about the book was the drama and funny parts of the book. Recommendation for a specific audience is people who are not scared to read scary books. Have different opinions without getting offended.
